All of our products are custom-made and produced to order. We do not hold pre-made inventory - every item is created specifically for each customer after the order is placed. This allows us to deliver truly unique products, but it also means production and delivery require additional time.
Production Time
Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue.
Each item is printed, assembled, and quality-checked before shipping.
Production time:
3 - 5 business days
This step includes printing, curing, inspection, and packaging. Because every item is individually manufactured, production times cannot be skipped or rushed.
Shipping Time
After production is completed, your order is handed off to our shipping partner.
Shipping time:
10 - 14 business days
Shipping time begins after production is finished. Tracking information will be provided once your package leaves our facility.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
In most cases, customers receive their orders within:
13 - 19 business days
(3 - 5 days production + 10 - 14 days shipping)
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
